If you have lost weight (especially a significant amount) consider reassessing your goals(on the sparkpeople start page) and see if you need to have your calorie ranges adjusted. Even if you just open the weight goals and let it reset your calorie ranges based on your current weight. As people loose weight then then require less calories.
Become more relaxed and drift off to sleep easier by massaging your earlobes for 30 seconds. According to Chinese hospital studies, women who do this before bed experience less anxiety and fall asleep faster. The earlobes contain powerful qi(chi) points that activate energy centers throughout the body.
Often, when I'm feeling a tad peckish I eat celery sticks. Since it burns more calories to eat it than it actually contains, I find it to be a perfect snack to curb my appetite. Ice chips are good for that too, but with celery at least you're loading up on your vegetable intake!
