You put on that upbeat tune that you "LOVE" and you start to sway or move your feet and next thing you know you're dancing around the room!! And guess what, YOU'RE EXERCISING!!!
Just stand up and move!! Dance a little, do some calf raises, do SOMETHING!! You'll find the motivation to keep going or at least shake off the ho hums! TRY IT!!

If you completely cut out that one vice you're setting yourself up for a binge. Find smaller servings that fit in your day & soon you'll find you can live without!! And you still have a nice treat once in a while.
