Don't give up on yourself

When you want to give up. Put on your favorite exercise clothes and dance to the beat of some great music or put on a funny DVD and workout. You will start to feel better.

Having Sparking Problems

When I am having trouble sparking, I first write my blog in my Word program and then transfer them over. Now I don't lose anything when sparks freezes up on me or they are doing maintenance. Works every time and I am a sparkaholic.

Get up and walk it out!

When sitting at your desk or in a chair for 8 hours aday, make sure you get up every hour and walk it out. It helps to get the blood flowing again the stiffness from setting in. I walk or stretch for five minutes every hour on the hour. It help keeps me fit and staying healthy.

Meat not sticking to the baking pan.

A trick that I just learnt when baking fish or meat in the oven. Heat the baking pan at the same time you are heating up the oven. Then put the meat or fish on it and you will find that it won't stick.

Insomnia

I suffered with chronic insomnia for 9 months now. I am finally found the solution with two Doctor's help. I take 3 tablets of Cal/Mag at lunch time and then 2 hours before bed I take 3 tablets of Melontin and find I can sleep now for 7 hours straight, now headache or sleepiness in the morning and have more energy.

Moisturize with Uremo 20

Make sure you are wearing gold lotion for the winter months so that you skin doesn't dry out and crack. I find that using UREMOL 20 cream for my hands, feet and elbow helps with the dryness. It is rich and creamy and a little goes along way.

Cleaning kettles and coffee makers

Instead of buying cleaner for your coffee maker or kettle. Use one cup of vinegar with eight cups of cold water on run it through your coffee maker, with the kettle add 1 cup of vinegar and 4 cups of water and plug it in. When the kettle boils and the coffee maker is done. Rinse with water 3 o4 times and your pots will be cleaned.

Remember to delet your temporary file from your internet. This will keep your computer running faster and smoother.
Go to Tools, then Options, Then temporary tiles and hit delet. Having a smooth running computer is less stressful that a I'm out of memory and it crashes.

Before going to bed.

Make sure you wash your face and take your makeup off. That way you won't wake up with clown makup on or having tired eyes swollen eyes. Not fun.
