Ever spend a day at the amusement park and then forget where you parked? Me too. I learned this from someone at Hersheypark this past weekend. Using your cell phone or digital camera, take a picture of the parking sign closest to where you park. Easy, right?
When I wake up in the morning, I thank God for another day and I ask Him to keep me safe, strong, fearless and happy. I ask him for guidance and an open mind and that He show me what His will is for me that day.
Don't take a vacation from exercise when you go on vacation. If your hotel has a gym, put in 30 minutes at least. If no gym, take a long walk, jog in place, move yourbody. Wouldn't it be great to come home vacation and not have a weight gain?
While blow drying my hair, I march in place. Looks ridiculous but gets in a great mini-workout.
You can end childhood obesity within your family by being the best example. Don't bring junk foods into your home...exercise often...cook healthy meals together...your kids love you. You are their idol. Your good habits will soon become their healthy lifestyle.

I love Greek yogurt, but it's so expensive! Now I make my own. I bought a mesh strainer from a kitchen store , I buy plain nonfat yogurt in the big tub, pour it into the strainer and let it sit over night. The water drains out and you are left with thick Greek yogurt. Add sugar free jelly. YUM
I try not to wait ntil I'm ravenous to eat. This works for me.
