I use to be a big soda drinker (diet soda) and even diet soda is bad for you. When I would drink it, I'd crave sweets all the time. Since stopping it, I drink water. I don't like water, but drinking it non stop every day has really helped me to enjoy it. Sometimes, I switch it up and put a lime in it & put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning it taste great! I also add a strawberry or lime to it and take it with me. It has really helped me to focus on drinking water and I've lost weight too
If you only consume fish, veggies/fruits/salads. No bread, pasta, sugar,coffee, soda, you will begin to notice you don't have cravings and you will have a much more positive attitude. Eating past 7pm will hurt your weight loss if you're trying to lose weight. Stick to tracking your food! I work at a gas station and i work in front of a lot of junk. it's tempting but if you really want to lose the weight, you will do so. Also, eating fruit in between meals helps a lot with your cravings for sweets.
Eating all your meals in the day, and not eating past 6pm will have the pounds come off! it's worked for me! I was 158 lbs a week 1/2 ago, and now i'm down to 153! and of course with exercise!
I weighed myself Sunday and I was 157, now it's Thursday and I'm down to 154!!! So exciting, the nutrition tracker works great..I've been eating the right amount of calories and staying within my limit. I've also exercised four days this week, and its helped a whole lot!!! I'm really excited to see the results!
