A Healthy dessert

Since i am trying to give totally up of sugar, and sometimes in search of a healthy sweet tooth reward,
i am using cut fruits (esp banana) with tahini (which is sesame paste) plus ground cinnamon.
I sometime replace TAHINI with organic PEANUT BUTTER...
And in no need for any other sweet..

A study found that when regular chocoholics didnąt indulge for three days, but took a 15-minute walk instead, their desire for chocolate subsided by 12 percent, while those who didnąt walk had more intense urges.

rythmical movements....

I read several surveys on how rhythmical movements affect our brain "feeling good" chemical's .
I experimented on my feeling negative, or sad; getting up and moving in a rhythm ( music or just breathing) from walking to dancing does ALWAYS the trick..

Making kids eat veggies

I am adding them practically in every dish they like.
My children go crazy from stuffed cannelloni with minced meat.
Well it is one part minced meat and 3 parts of boiled veggies like carrots e.t.c. passed first from blender and then added in the recipe...It works! emoticon
