Be Totally Honest when Tracking

Be totally honest when tracking your food. Weight out/Measure your food - don't think you are fooling your body, just because you enter lesser amounts on the nutritional tracking. Your body knows what you eat and what you exercise.

Grocery shop in your workout clothes!

I always grocery shop in my workout clothes; even when I am not going to the store immediately following a workout, I still put them on to grocery shop. There is something about being in my workout gear that keeps my mind in the right mode while choosing what I will bring home with me. Just a little trick that has worked wonders for me!

7 WORDS to organization

DON'T PUT IT DOWN, PUT IT AWAY

This changed my LIFE.
Now - I don't just toss keys, papers, groceries or whatever. I COMPLETE a task. Even if it takes and extra 5 minutes to put everything away, i NEVER have to backtrack or pick things up later. You will have a clean, organized house, desk etc!

Make exercise a priority.

Set a time for exercise and make it a priority. Plan your day around your exercise. I work out as soon as I get home from work. Sometimes supper is a few minutes late but my husband and daughter are very supportive and know that my workouts are important to my weightloss.

Comment on those blogs!

Make it a point to visit other people's pages and leave them notes of encouragement. Personally, I find it so uplifting to see that someone took a moment to drop by my page and give me some kind words - it goes a long way toward keeping me motivated!

Motivation

When I'm running at the gym, I pretend that the person on the treadmill next to me is a hot celebrity that I want to impress...even if it's really a fat old man.
