Be totally honest when tracking your food. Weight out/Measure your food - don't think you are fooling your body, just because you enter lesser amounts on the nutritional tracking. Your body knows what you eat and what you exercise.
I always grocery shop in my workout clothes; even when I am not going to the store immediately following a workout, I still put them on to grocery shop. There is something about being in my workout gear that keeps my mind in the right mode while choosing what I will bring home with me. Just a little trick that has worked wonders for me!
DON'T PUT IT DOWN, PUT IT AWAY
Set a time for exercise and make it a priority. Plan your day around your exercise. I work out as soon as I get home from work. Sometimes supper is a few minutes late but my husband and daughter are very supportive and know that my workouts are important to my weightloss.
