sensible bacon! It's TRUE!

Hormel real bacon bits(in a glass jar near the salad dressings at most stores)Have 25 calories(15 from fat)per tablespoon.
I find this is a good way to get the taste of real bacon in foods with way less calories than strips of bacon-try blt wraps,not too loaded baked potatoes,egg white carbonara and more!!!!

are you a greyhound or a bulldog?

Would you expect a bulldog to lose enough weight to look like his friend the greyhound?Do you think the poodle should work out until she is as muscular as her friend the bulldog? NO?!

Be YOUR best-not THE best!

I will NEVER look like a model.I have an athletic body type that is what I have to work with.I am a Labrador.

My husband has a lean frame,and I have watched him try to add bulk He has gotten really toned,but no bulk.He is a whippet.

SO,what kind of puppy are you??? emoticon

no get up and go

On days when I can't get moving-I tell my self to do something that is "just a bit harder"
Sitting is harder than laying down
standing is harder than sitting
walking is harder than standing still
dancing is harder than walking.........
Oops-I am suddenly working out,even though I have no energy! emoticon

tiny plate,tiny utensil,tiny person!

I bought some cocktail forks,espresso spoons,and appetizer plates.I use these for my dishes whenever possible.
A very small serving of any decadent food(or plain old yogurt)seems gigantic,because I get many,many bites of it.
