Just get to the gym or whatever area of the house you designate to exercise!! For me it's the battle -- once I'm there I'm ready to keep going & work hard at it!!!
When you love and respect yourself, it is much easier to do kind things for you. If you treat yourself the same way you would treat a close friend, you will find that your success is much closer than you think. It is when you beat yourself up that you set up for failure.
I have a butterfly mind! I start one thing and half way thru I move to something else. Its a bad habit I developed at work as a deputy shop manager. If youre like me but want to get things done,turn the butterfly into a bee, by concentrating on one thing at a time. Its hard, for me, but it works.
I've lost most of my weight, but am working to be fitter. I recently broke a mental plateau by doing my first 5k. The idea of it indimidated me, but now that I've done it, I am unstoppable!
I use a dry Swiffer cloth on my Swiffer mop, and spray it with window cleaner to clean the outside windows; that way I don't have to use a ladder to reach them. Also can be used to clean inside windows easier without moving furniture to get at them!
Taking ten minutes each morning and picking up stuff, really helps keep things tidy.
Always keep a gym bag packed in your car. You never know when plans fall through or you get an unexpected schedule change. Hit the gym!
