Do a Quick Set of Exercises Before you Eat Anything

Before I let myself eat anything, meal or snack, I make myself do 12-15 reps of some exercise (situps, bicep curls, etc.). It helps me stop grazing by giving me a few seconds to think if I really want the food, and burns a few extra calories even if I do!
