Dry toast is so boring!

Dry toast is a drag, and butter and margarine add more calories without much nutritional benefit! The solution? Banana Jam!
I like to freeze a banana to make it super mushy, then thaw it and mush it up and use it like jam on my toast.
Taste and nutrition in each bite! Also works with apples!

This monthly meal planner has saved my diet! Each day has a relatively balanced meal plan for Supper including portion size and nutritional information. On the same page there are shopping lists divided out per week and even per section of the grocery store which makes for SUPER SUPPER shopping! All of the recipes are based on a busy lifestyle and so normally take less than an hour to prepare and cook.

Body posture assistance

I find that I get tense neck and shoulder muscles when I do cardio. The other day I noticed that when I get to that point where I just have to grin and bear it through the uncomfortable part, I look up at the ceiling. So I put a sticky note on teh spot I look at that says, "pay attention to what your body is doing!".
