Jillian Michaels said on the Biggest Loser to vary your caloric intake: eat on the low end for two days, eat in the middle range for three days, eat on the high end (even going a little over) on two days. This keeps your body guessing. I did this all last week and lost 3.5 lbs!

I've started taking a photo of everything I eat. I review at the end of the day. If you have to have a picture of it, you might think twice before eating it! This is a great way to see what I'm actually eating over the course of a day. I can also snap a quick photo if it's something I don't have...
I like using Sparkpeople with my morning coffee. When I'm still waking up, I do a quick run through of anything that gets me Sparkpoints. It gets me thinking about what I need to do today from the very start.

I try to pick myself up as soon as possible & take a small step toward restarting with a fresh attitude where I left off. I try to discard the notion that I have to wait until tomorrow or Monday.
When I slip up, it's because I've been gradually adding more carbs back into my diet, which lead to more (bad) carb cravings. I start feeling out of control. When I increase my protein again, suddenly it doesn't take nearly as much effort to stay on track.
