Getting veggies for breakfast...

I have been using Green Giant frozen veggies that already have seasoning on them in my eggs this week! For delicious scrambled veggies that are quick and easy.

(I use Aldi's Fit & Active Egg whites)

Ask "How Motivated am I today, scale of 1-10?" everyday. Realize that it's your job to keep up your passion & positive attitude. If you're 6 or lower try doing a web search for "Motivational Sayings Weight Loss", browse through SP success stories, talk to a friend, or create a new vision collage.

Need motivation? Think of what you are making a habit!

After a tough holiday, someone said that it's ok to have a day off once in a while as long as you DON'T MAKE IT A HABIT. So, the next time you need motivation think about what kind of habits you're making. Thinking of stopping for fast food? Nope..."I don't make that a habit!"
