That's a lot of food!!

Trick yourself into thinking you have lots of food. I cut the fruits and veggies that I snack on during the day into rather small bite size pieces. My mind is fooled into thinking there is much more there -- takes longer to finish the snack. Prep time is a little longer but worth it.

Extracts--Yummy

Been doing some experimenting. YUM – almond milk, splenda, multigrain cereal – spare the banana calories and use banana extract. Frozen banana, almond milk, coconut extract, blend – yummy summer drink. They make a butter extract and a butter & nut flavor. A ton others – try ‘em out
