Today, start by doing something that you didn't do yesterday. Tomorrow start out with what you did yesterday and add something else you'd like to accomplish. Take it one day at a time and pat yourself on the back for setting and meeting new challenges - YOU will and have changed your life for the better. Seek out inspiration!
When I ran my first 5k, I struggled to keep up with the other runners. I wound up out of breath and extremely frustrated in the end.
