Stick to a schedule as much as possible. If you have to change it daily, make sure each stop is written down as they come up with directions to unfamiliar locations. Your day goes smoother because you don't forget things nor get lost. The planning should include your lunch.
Only keep the clothes that look good on you. Once you start losing, things fit different. If it doesn't look good, toss it or donate it. Looking good motivates you to keep going. You WANT to be seen!
Sometimes I have trouble sleeping. I've found that eating a carton of yogurt helps. I'm ready for sleep in about 30 mins. Low cal and almost like ice cream!
I include a bag when doing laundry. If something is stained too badly, I toss it. If it doesn't fit or I'm not crazy about it, it's in the bag to donate. I don't have to put away anything but what I keep. It saves going through clothes another time.
