serving size

I like to make enought for there to be left overs the next day for my husband and I. I get small containers to place them in and eat for the next day for lunch. It helps with size portions and not letting food go to waist.

tracking my food

I do track every thing I eat but if I have a not so good day eating I tend to not track everything I ate especially if I go over my calories.
