This rule goes for not only cravings but truly anything like reacting quickly to a boss, friend, etc. Give yourself 24 hours before doing anything you might regret. This applies to that must have food craving to over-reacting to your boss/spouse. This rule stops you from being impulsive.
I stay positive by telling someone else how he/she inspires me to look at myself differently (be it he/she positive attitude, sense of style, leadership attributes, or as simple as how he/she says good morning to everyone).
I've been using this site for over 3 months now. I can say the thing I do I this program over any others is I keep rereading The Spark as well as updating my Spark Page and goals at least once a month. It keeps everything fresh and allows me to acknowledge what it is I need to do to stay focused.
