Eating Out

More restaurants have been letting me order from the kid's menu. They will even let me select a nutritious side.
Try it. Maybe more will do that if guests ask.

Losing below maintenance

This is more of a question. What do you do if you are losing more than you goal. My doctor gave me an estimate of what I should weigh. My goal is the middle weight. I'm about 5 pounds below that. I eat right and exercise regularly.

Portion control

Try using a smaller plate when eating or filling another plate with smaller portions. Sometimes when we eat out or at someone's home, we have the dinner plate. Be careful!

Losing too much weight Question???

This morning on SP, I checked a chart on the web charting the appropriate weight for my size. I'm below that, and I keep losing. Today, I ate more, but still didn't get to the middle of my range. I've cut my fitness some, but don't want to give it up. What is the answer?

Losing too much weight Question???

At this point, I am several pounds below my maintenance goal. I keep losing weight. Because of some surgery, I had to cut back on fitness. I thought that might solve the problem. I'm eating, and some of the food that I had been leaving out. To be healthy, I want to continue some fitness.
Has this happened to anyone else? What do you do if you lose too much weight. My last physical in August was very good.

Floor exercises

I would do my intense DVDs first, then I was too tired to do my needed floor ab exercises. Now I do the floor exercises with dumbbells/ankle weights first; drink water and then do a DVD or treadmill.

Watch your foods!

You really have to eat what is good for you. If you eat something unhealthy; it backfires and we gain weight.

Clothes size
