Will power is over-rated. We all have whats in us to succeed by stopping a chain of events. By placing a 'I have no will power' tag on yourself you now are probably depressed over the lack of decisions youve made due to your 'lack of will power' SCREW WILL POWER. Start to notice chain of events in your life and stop your eating habits before they start.
I am on a dr watched diet and sometimes have trouble fitting in my 96 ounces a day. So I set 'goals' of how much water I get to drink before I get my next meal. Or a goal of always drink 8 oz before leaving the house in the morning! Every lil bit counts!
Your body does not have different signals when it needs water or food. So sometimes when you think you are hungry, in fact its just your body asking for water! So the next time you say "how can i be hungry i just ate' Drink a glass of water and find something to do for 15 minutes!
