Straight up military style calisthenics and drills will help you shed pounds and tone up without a gym or ANY equipment whatsoever aside from shoes. I'm talking Jumping Jacks, Sit-Ups, Push-Ups, High Knees, Mountain Climbers, Steam Engines, Up Downs, Military Press, Lunges and Squats. It's hard work but it pays off. Google search for military physical fitness requirements, and find your age group. It'll give you the standards and in turn something to shoot for.

Stay Away From The Booze

Not only will this save you calories, and save you from feeling bloated and gross the next day, but it will also save your internal organs! Drinking in moderation is fine, but if you're a partier or in college, think about your liver before it quits on you -- it is NOT a fun experience.
