1/3 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
A high fiber diet (25-50 grams a day), in whole grains, cereal fiber, and magnesium rich foods can help keep blood sugars level. Eat nuts, add ground flaxseed to cereals, salads, eat air popped popcorn, 100% whole wheat bread, brown rice, lots of greens and veggies.

If your blood sugar is 120 or above you produce excessive insulin, which tells the body to store food as fat. Keep your blood sugar at around 90 to burn fat. Stay away from refined sugar (sucrose) and eat fruits instead (sugar in fructose form).
A new friend was visiting, & like a lot of guy visits we wound up in my garage. On entry, he became excited by how my tools were organized.
