Boiled Sweets

If I am bored or fancy a snack I grab a boiled sweet to suck on. Although they have sugar and calories it helps whilst i get my body into a habit of not snacking unnecessarily. I find boiled sweets with a stronger flavour (ie liquorice or cough candy type sweets) better to consume as after 1 or 2 your pretty much done with them!

Look at yourself

Use a mirror, look at yourself, know yourself, be honest with yourself.

Look in the mirror and understand your body, look at what needs to change and work on it, watch the changes in body shape shape with weight loss and exercise and use this as a motivational tool.

This can be hard to start with but once you start seeing changes it will be your best friend and will keep you on track.
