Healthy Eating Starts with Healthy Shopping

NEVER shop for food when you are hungry OR when you are stuffed. Shop around the perimeter of the store, that's where most of the fresh food is found, and avoid the middle aisles where you find the processed stuff. Try one new fruit or vegetable every week.
