Okay this my not be so good for us but I figured out if you put a slice of bread in a bag of baked goodies (even healthy ones) it keeps them fresher longer!

Since I have a laptop I am usually just laying around while on it. Well lately I started sneaking in my exercise like I did when I was in front of the TV. I do laying adductions and abductions etc. Just sneak it in when ever where ever you can.

That way you are changing what you eat and your calorie intake :)
When I hit a plateau it is usually because my workout routine has stayed the same.
So when I hit a plateau I know its time to change it up.
I switch both my workout routine and my diet!
