Not a fan of the word "diet", but this book was at the dollar store. I bought it for new recipes, but I absolutely LOVE the workout plan. Only 25 minutes a day, 5x a week. Much more doable for me than P90X was (though I do love P90X too!). The recipes are tasty, the workout is quick!
I used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day. A couple months ago I switched to green tea instead. I feel SO much better during the day, and don't experience the dreaded "It's 2:30p in the afternoon" crash! Try it :)
