Tired of seeing your bulk-purchased goods go to waste before you use them? You can freeze more than you realize! Just take a clean ice cube tray and place your ingredients inside, then freeze until firm; then place cubes in a zippered bag until ready to use. I have used this for raw eggs (scramble one per cube; use for baking when thawed), milk/creamer (measure how many tsp/Tbsp per cube - also, some varieties separate, but are still ok for baking when thawed); even dips, including guacamole.
