Join a Spark Challenge Group That Has Exercise

Find a Spark Group that has challenges that include exercise. I like the support of the team and there are times I exercise 'for the team' to get points and not let the team down. My goal was 12,500 fitness minutes for the year, and I will easily meet the goal thanks to the 5% Challenge Teams.

Find a Spark Buddy!

Join a Spark group for people in your geographical area. There may be opportunities to get together and if you are lucky even someone close by to exercise with. I found a Spark buddy here and we go for 2 hours walks a few times a week.

Dress for Success

Wear your 'best' exercise clothes, regardless of where you exercise. If you have only one good outfit wash it more often if needed. Get rid of the old ripped faded baggy clothes and wear something that feels and look goods and makes you feel like an athlete.
