The next time you are upset, mad, happy, disappointed stop and don't eat. Take a minute to allow yourself to feel whatever that maybe. Cry, scream and laugh. After that decide if you really want the doughnut or if you were really just filling that emotion with food.
In order to stay consistent in activity, I am consistently trying to find ways to make myself accountable and to have goals. I signed up for a 5k and did that. Now I want something else, so I signed up for a half marathon that is in January. It was expensive so I know I have to be accountable because I don't like to waste money.
