One step at a Time..
Each small step get's us where we need to be, small losses add up to big ones, success comes one step at a time!

Get up and move
Don't let that tired morning feeling set the tone for the day, get up move around and before you know it, your head is clear , your blood is pumping and your ready to face anything. The key is exercise, no matter how tired once you move you start to feel alive and ready to face the day!
I wake each morning and tell myself You feel so good, you look so much better, you have so much more energy, you can do this it's not that hard, and look how happy you are!
Wake up and tell yourself, I will be positive, Negative is not the way to live. Negativity breads stress, positive brings smiles and all round well being, for you and those around you.So much more is accomplished when you look for the silver lining!
I log on to Sparks every morning, I write my blog, because it motivates me to stick to the plan, the support from those who read and comment helps me stay committed. Staying motivated is easy when you have a good positive support group!
Don't give in
When you wake and feel like you just can't do it, sit up tell yourself I can be who I want to be, put those sneakers on and move, in about 3 minutes you know you can do it!
Wake each day and tell yourself I can do it, look at all the positives, from the day before even if it's only one, and tell yourself you will succeed! If you don't have confidence in yourself no one else will!
Be happy with yourself, you are the person you have to please, you are awesome! Positive energy spreads through the body like a cool river, negative energy is quick sand pulling you into more negativity.
I like to keep busy, when I feel the urge to mindlessly eat. I take a quick walk around the block, clear my mind and tell myself this is not something you want to do..It works, 10 minutes and the cravings are gone!
