1/4 Cup of no-fat cottage cheese is a great sub for sour cream to top a baked potato - no fat and you load up on a few proteins. It tastes great. I also throw on a few chopped onions or chives. Make a meal of it by sauteeing onions, green peppers and fresh mushrooms to add on top - grated cheese opt
Take your favorite coffee and add nutri-sweet flavors and/or FF creamer or 1 tsp vanilla. Top with a couple squirts of FF whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. I call it dessert - drink it slow and enjoy the flavors.
