I love these products! I prepare my lunch the night before & everything is measured, stays fresh and, with the ice packs & my cooler, I can keep at my desk instead of the shared fridge where food is so often taken.
Sometimes the smaller size bottles of aspirin are cheaper than the big ones. I use the big ones at home and I use the smaller bottes as my "travel size". That way, no one can accuse me of carrying unlabeled meds when I travel.
I have a lot of weight to lose. Instead of focusing on the big number still to lose, I celebrate the weight I have already lost. That positive energy helps me keep motivated and moving forward!
I have some physical challenges that limit what I can do. For that reason, I don't use the workout generator and cannot do a lot of the daily exercises. Thinking about that is a real de-motivator, so instead, I focus on what I can do.
Doughnut or healthy cereal? Ask yourself and wait for the answer before choosing. Today, I chose cereal because I really want to see a lower number on the scale this week. Then I waited for that inner voice. When the inner voice agrees, the choice is a lot easier and happier!
Add soup (broth and veggie, not creamy) to fill in the "nooks and crannies" so you will feel full sooner.
On this journey, one of the things I am learning is to make the right choices for the right reasons. I eat & exercise in ways that show I care about me. So, too, I do the yearly physical exams, even though I don't like them, because that is also taking care of me.
At work, I have a container where I keep mustard & other sauce packets. Sometimes I have imitation crab as my protein for breakfast & I use the Taco Bell packet (example) as a way to add flavor to an otherwise somewhat dry food.
I signed up to walk a 5K (never done that before!). It will raise money to defeat childhood cancer, it commits me to walk & it gets me closer to the $250 cash reward from work for making healthy choices.
