Chewy Calcium Pills

I love milk, but my allergies don't, so I can drink a little but not a lot, and especially not at night. I found a generic brand of calcium that tastes like a piece of chocolate candy. At 15 calories I feel like I have splurged, but I am also getting 50% of my calcium!

Balance

While you brush your teeth, alternate standing on one leg as you switch mouth quadrants (every 30 seconds). Balancing develops your core muscles and may even be good for your brain.

Coin and Prosper

Our credit union has a change counting machine. I can throw my coins into the machine and it goes straight into my savings account. I don't have to roll or wrap and I don't pay a service fee like the charge from the grocery store's coin machine.

Relaxation

Working with Lego helps me to relax at home, it release any stress I may have. Seeing myself being creative when I think of outrage house with so many colors coming alive or a large building and taking pictures from being to end. I keep my creation up for one month.

Use washcloths rather than paper napkins.

I purchased inexpensive white washcloths and set them at each person's place. If not soiled, they can be used for another meal. To keep separated, clip with a labeled clothes pin. They are more absorbent, bigger, and add little to the laundry load. I haven't purchased paper napkins in ages.

Delete Plateau and use In Abeyance

Delete the negative word plateau from your vocabulary. It can be a holding pattern or time of rest for your body. It is probably the most awful word in dieting other than backslide. Be positive by saying in abeyance. You are awating the next step in your upward spiral. Anyone with a better word?
