I love milk, but my allergies don't, so I can drink a little but not a lot, and especially not at night. I found a generic brand of calcium that tastes like a piece of chocolate candy. At 15 calories I feel like I have splurged, but I am also getting 50% of my calcium!
Our credit union has a change counting machine. I can throw my coins into the machine and it goes straight into my savings account. I don't have to roll or wrap and I don't pay a service fee like the charge from the grocery store's coin machine.
Working with Lego helps me to relax at home, it release any stress I may have. Seeing myself being creative when I think of outrage house with so many colors coming alive or a large building and taking pictures from being to end. I keep my creation up for one month.
I purchased inexpensive white washcloths and set them at each person's place. If not soiled, they can be used for another meal. To keep separated, clip with a labeled clothes pin. They are more absorbent, bigger, and add little to the laundry load. I haven't purchased paper napkins in ages.
I find that keeping the site open all day at work keeps me in focus and the visual icon reminds me to stay in check. I read more about health and nutrition than ever and find it fun and exciting. I want to learn more and more and more.
Delete the negative word plateau from your vocabulary. It can be a holding pattern or time of rest for your body. It is probably the most awful word in dieting other than backslide. Be positive by saying in abeyance. You are awating the next step in your upward spiral. Anyone with a better word?
Mini-Goals really work! Set a few small mini-goals and see how good you feel when you complete them. Each small goal builds into something bigger and bigger and before you know it you're succeeding at those bigger goals!
Before you stop exercising ask your does this hurt? How do my legs feel? How's my breathing? Am I dying? If the Answer is No , I'm okay then take it further
