Cantaloupe Beneficial to Losing Weight

Cantalope aids in the digestion of carbohydrates.Aiding digestion with its rich fiber content, cantaloupe consumption is sure to be extremely beneficial to those who are on a diet to lose weight. non-fat dry milk as coffee creamer

Low in calories, high in protein helps me get my protein quota without drinking milk (which I don't like). Also loaded with Vit D and calcium. If you are a coffee addict like me it really adds up!

DAY 1 TO A STRONGER ME

After visiting the Dr. I know what I have to do. If I can only do 2 minutes an hour exercise or something then that is what I will have to do. This is what I have been brought down too after doing 400 to 600 minutes a day. Not what you did but what you can do at the moment and that is 2 minutes. Have to start somewhere and that is it. Slo pitch, walk, move a few dishes to the closet, what ever it will be something.
God bless all of you who have been praying for me he is watching over me.

When I go out with my girlfriends for dinner we split the entry. Serving is too big anyways. We skip on the drinks. No guilt about spending money or eating too much.

Microwave cleaning

When steam cooking food in the microwave with water, after taking the food out, immediately wipe down the steamy interior. You will keep the microwave clean if done each use.
