I grab my fat

When I want to eat something I don't need, usually a Snickers, I grab my belly fat. I reminds me that I already have a Snickers in storage.

Cleaning Up the Environment

I tuck a few plastic grocery bags in my pocket when I go for a walk. Along the way I pick up any litter I see along the road and drop it off at the trash cans at the local beach. I not only get lots of exercise, but I am enjoying nature a lot more. Bring a glove to protect your hands!

Make it your lifestyle

Don't commit to doing anything to lose weight that you're not willing to do for the rest of your life, day in and day out. This will ensure that you stay balanced, moderate, and sustainable in your weight loss.

my little drive-thru and take out secret

ORDER A KIDS MEAL..today my co-workers ordered lunch from a local deli, i ordered a kids turkey and cheese on wheat with organic baby carrots instead of chips..300ish calories..& im really full..even if you go to mcdonalds & get a kids meal [not the big kids meal, the regular one] & get apple dippers & diet soda, you get your taste for mickey d's with WAY fewer calories..i dont recommend doing this often with fast food but every once in a while wont hurt..its all about good choices & moderation

run that dishwasher

I found that if I go ahead and run the dishwasher even if its not "full" I am less likely to get behind on dishes and the kitchen. whenever I wait to have "full" dishwasher usually I have to many dishes and have run out of clean plates. so its better to spend the extra money and run the dishwasher as is

Trick Your Brain with Soup

Begin your meal with a bowl of cold gazpacho or a broth-based soup, and your calorie intake for the whole meal will plunge by up to 20%, research suggests. Liquid fills you up, so you're less likely to overeat. And remember to sip the soup slowly as it takes the brain about 20 minutes to register fullness.

No-Buddy loves me!

I live alone, in a small village without gym facilities. Roads are narrow and traffic ridden, paths are muddy and bumpy, good for turning ankles or spraining joints! So how do I exercise? I walk up and down the corridor - it is a long one and fifteen circuits make 1 km. I do jumping jacks every commercial break when watching TV and march in place when watching the show! I tune to a music channel when cooking or cleaning and jig around doing the chores!
