I've learned that, while they're all great tools, only some of the features on SparkPeople are easy for me to use and fit into my daily routine. Find what works well for you and stick to those!
I live in a hilly neighborhood, with my house about halfway up one of the bigger hills. I save going up the hill for the very end of my walk or jog. I kind of look forward to the extra push at the end and I feel very accomplished when I get back home!
I plan extra time in the morning two days a week so I can really go all out when I'm getting ready for work. I usually do it on Monday and Thursday so I can start both the week and the weekend feeling awesome about myself!
