Share Your "Secrets"

Every week try to come up with at least one new thing that you believe has helped you, whether it is drinking water, portioning your food, or anything alse and share it on here! Although it may seem simple, you can go back and see all the secrets you shared and other people could benefit from even those simple things! You also have to think more rather than just hitting "I like this secret!" It is a good way to stay motivated by noticing changes in your life!

One Serving At A Time!

When I am cooking if I cook more servings than I need to eat it is just too tempting for me and I end up eating more than I should, even if I try to separate it out for the week and put it in the refridgerator, so instead I just cook one serving (Unless of course I am cooking for others as well.) This removes the temptation of eating extra food.

Pump The Tunes

When you are cleaning or just around the house put on some hopping music and get a little bit of dancing going on and move those hips! It makes cleaning more fun and you get exercise!

Meal Cards

I can't afford a lot of food, so I write down different recipes that I could make with what I have on little slips of paper and organize them according to which meal they are for. Then I mix them up and randomly pick out one for the current meal.
