i try to eat as many things as i can with chopsticks. salads, cut up sandwiches, vegetables, cut up fruit...chopsticks force me to eat one piece at a time and eat slowly, so that i enjoy the experience and feel more full later

Easy way to get your green tea

I fill up an ice tray with healthy brewed green tea and freeze it for green tea cubes that i add to smoothies and other beverages.

paint your nails!

after dinner to resist any snacking i'll sit down and give myself a manicure and paint a new fresh coat on my nails....letting them dry leaves little to do especially raid the fridge.

My beautiful pit mix helps keep me in shape on our daily walks, so I upped it a notch by buying an even shorter leash - his 70pds of enthusiasm keep me going and with the shorter leash i have no choice but to move fast enough to keep up with him!

avoid late night eating!

the hardest habit i had to break was late night snacking! I found it helpful to resist any late night snacking by putting on teeth whitener stickers over my teeth, since you cannot eat or drink with them on. it works !
