Silymarin

Silymarin, milk thistle, is an herb that strengthens the liver. I use this, when I can get it, anytime I am losing weight. Milk thistle protects the liver from toxins, which are often stored in body tissues including fats. emoticon

Pytonutrients

A bunch of these cleansing nutrients, primarily found in fruits and vegetables, keeps me from a lot of my cravings. It's not just that they fill me up, it's that they satisfy what most of my "cravings foods" will satisfy. emoticon
