I work in Fulfillment (shipping/mailing). When I've forgotten to weigh out a measured portion of something at home in advance - like pretzels or buffalo jerky - sometimes I bring the whole bag to work and use the digital postal scale in the back to measure out the correct portion!
Whenever I can, I get up and drink a pint of water before working out and a pint of water afterwards. That's 4 cups - half the daily suggested amount - consumed before breakfast!
I often get lunch from a local restaurant that encourages ordering and paying online ahead of time. I'm able to make healthy decisions at my desk and pick up the food without waiting in line. I leave my wallet behind when I go so I have no cash to get dessert on impulse!
