Reward Yourself!

I can not take credit for this idea, but I am using it. Every time you workout, whether it's a short walk, strength training, anything put a dollar in a jar. Set a goal for yourself 50$ or 100$ and then once you meet it treat yourself to a new outfit or something that will make you feel good.

Blending berries!

When you've purchased fresh berries and they start going bad, like you don't really want to use them, blend them, pour them into ice cube trays and use them for smoothies! Saves you money in not through them out and
they are healthy!

storage

I put one of those shoe storage things that hang on the back of the door in my pantry. I measure out snacks and put them in bags and write how many cals . I then put the bags in the organizer . When I go looking for a snack it's easier and I know exactly how many cals I am eating. emoticon

Its NOT a diet...

Viewing my weight loss as a lifestyle change has allowed me to not only lose weight, but also maintain the weight loss. Do I eat sweets and chocolate? Do I go out for drinks with friends? Yes. Its ok to indulge, as long as it is in moderation. I find that if I cut everything out that would be high calorie, etc..., I crave it even more, which makes me a not-so-happy person. Keep moving, and find the joy in eating healthy, chocolate included.
