Oatmeal Doesn't Equal Sweet

You do not have to make sweet oatmeal in the mornings. This morning I had Bacon Egg and Cheese Oatmeal.

1/2 c Oatmeal
1c. water
1 egg
Pepper to taste
Microwave high 3-5 minutes ( watch because this boils over so quickly on me)

Promise yourself that you'll do at least 5 minutes of exercise per day. The likelihood is that you'll get into it enough that you'll keep going. If not, 5 minutes is at least better than no minutes at all!

Reward Yourself!

I can not take credit for this idea, but I am using it. Every time you workout, whether it's a short walk, strength training, anything put a dollar in a jar. Set a goal for yourself 50$ or 100$ and then once you meet it treat yourself to a new outfit or something that will make you feel good.

Blending berries!

When you've purchased fresh berries and they start going bad, like you don't really want to use them, blend them, pour them into ice cube trays and use them for smoothies! Saves you money in not through them out and
they are healthy!
