When eating a walnut, don't remove the walnut's skin so u can obtain the most nutrients possible. Walnuts are high in fiber and will help lower triglycerides, cholesterol, blood sugar and aid in bowel movements. Good source of protein, vaitamins and minerals and antioxidants to ward off cancer. So many reason to love walnuts and add them to your daily diet. Start todsy and enjoy. Walmart has them!!!
Realizing that if I made a mistake yesterday that there is no reason to wait 2 more weeks to start over. Each day is a new day and a new start. A new chance to do the right thing. Don't be discouraged because you chose the wrong snack today....there are more chances tomorrow. Taking it so seriously could prove to be death to your plan.
I find it very helpful to load my plate with what I am going to eat and then take the few minutes it takes to track it on my phone. This way I get to eat it right away. I find that tracking at the end of the day makes me hungry as I look through lists of food
I noticed when dieting that every time I walked or exercised with in 1 hr. after eating dinner, i lost weight. I still use this trick for maintaining. Make sure to exercise for 15 to 20min.
