I take classes in low impact aerobics, water aerobics, Zumba and Qigong. I am taking the classes with other people who are my age. This helps me to continue with the exercises having a suport group who are like me. I also have access to and use the fitness equipment on the days there are no classes.
I bought a very pretty inexpensive outfit one size to small.
I have hung it where I see it every time I go to the bedroom.
This keeps me motivated to stay on track with my eating of healthy foods and my exercises. I plan on wearong that outfit comfortably by June 15th.
