I haven't kept up with my cleaning and workouts, so I found a way to get started. To me it's all about getting started after that its smooth sailing. I start my day with walking first thing in the morning.
My goal is to lose 15 pounds. Days go by, and I feel disappointed in myself with little change. So instead of focusing on 15 pounds, I started focusing on losing 2 to 5 pounds in two weeks. That is very reasonable, and I have that, I CAN DO IT attitude!
Sometimes I get sidetracked of what I need to do, or I don't feel like I accomplished much. So I made a chart from my Microsoft Office spreadsheet to organize my household chores and daily tasks.
