When cleaning windows or surfaces in your home, try using a large coffee filter. They last A LOT longer and they don't leave any shreds behind.
When I am doing something like washing my hands or brushing my teeth I walk in place, do calf raises, or simply just bounce. It's little spurts of activity that can add up. Being sure to do a certain number of calf raises while brushing your teeth also ensures you are brushing long enough.
