Extra Dessert Delights Gum

I'm not really a Gum Chewer, but this gum is delicious!
They have great flavors too, like Mint chocolate chip, key lime pie, and strawberry shortcake. I always like something sweet after dinner and this gum does the trick.

Get Rid of Your Clothes as soon as they are Too Big!

I've struggled with weight all of my adult life. I'm also a bit of a penny pincher, so in the past when I would lose some weight, I'd hang on to my clothes "just in case".

Almost 2 years ago, I started this journey for the last time. I've had some ups and downs, but I get rid of any clothes the minute they feel 2 big or I don't like the way they look. I know this has made all the difference since this is the first time in my life I've sustained any kind of weight loss & it's been over a year.

One pound at a Time

Try not to think 30, 40, 50 or even 100lbs. Concentrate on one pound at a time. It's important to have a long term goal, but it can also be very overwhelming if you have a long way to go. If you concentrate on losing just one pound, it will add up faster than you can imagine!
