Although it's probably no secret here on SP, tracking calories really does work! I have been trying to loose the same 10-15 lbs for two years with little to no success. I was eating high calorie things in bad portions. Once I found SP, I realized how many calories I was actually consuming and found my problem. Now I eat smaller portions/healthier food and track my calories. Just staying in my range has worked wonders and I have lost more weight in 7 weeks than I had been able to in 2 years!
I bowl as most well know and tonight you would have thought I never picked a ball up. No matter how I threw the ball I couldn't get a strike or near the strike pocket. This morning I bowled and couldn't do any wrong every where I put the ball I had a strike or spare. It is a good thing I bowl for fun because if I was like some I won't want to be near them. We won 2 so that was good. I bowled better in the morning but we only won 1. I like to win but it means more to have fun.
Don't worry about where you WERE. or where you COULD BE. Just start where you are now, just start walking or drinking water or watching what you eat. Realize it's a process and a life style change, so it doesn't matter what you did yesterday. Instead of beating yourself up, congratulate yourself about what you are doing right NOW.
