I am a big milk drinker. I would often drink a big glass of milk before bed to stave off the morning hunger pains. I would also have another big glass with breakfast. I was thinking, "Milk is healthy, right? Calcium for strong bones and all that." After starting Sparks, and seeing that 1 cup of milk has 136 for whole milk. 2% is 110 calories. I was drinking at least 16 oz at each sitting, close to 250 calories. Now I have milk only with cereal or oatmeal and substitute an apple for an evening snack.
