I keep a fancy glass by the kitchen sink so whenever I see it it reminds me to fill up and drink a glass full, by the end of the day I've had more than the eight a day recommendation.

Stir Fry

I quick stir fry lots of fresh veggies for our family dinners, and offer different seasonings at the table - a low salt soy, or balsamic vinaigrette etc. whatever you fancy. Leftovers are great the following morning our scrambled eggs!
