Stir Fry

I quick stir fry lots of fresh veggies for our family dinners, and offer different seasonings at the table - a low salt soy, or balsamic vinaigrette etc. whatever you fancy. Leftovers are great the following morning our scrambled eggs!

before dinner hungries!

for that late before dinner snack to take the edge off I eat baby carrots (about 1/2 cup) and one wedge of laughing cow cheese
